This event is scheduled for Wednesday 10 July from 2 pm and 5 pm.
On the programme:
La moisson
Demonstration of the farmer’s mowing of the field.
Participatory workshops:
- Sustainable food: Cereals for bread – Discovery of the diversity of cereals and flour and bread making (registration for the “bread” workshop on site on the day).
- Animal welfare: Cereals for chickens – Creation of nourishing wheat stacks for hens and turkeys in animal areas.
- Agroecology: Cereals for vegetables – Realization of a fertile mulch in market gardening on living soil for vegetable production on green manure next year.
- Bouquet design: Cereals to leave with in the form of small bouquets – Small summer decoration.
